Russian PM calls on president to dismantle Crimea ministry

NOVO-OGARYOVO, Moscow Region, Jul 15 (PRIME) -- The Crimean Affairs Ministry has completed its tasks and shall be dismantled, Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev told President Vladimir Putin at a meeting on Wednesday.

“All legal issues are closed presently; I mean not only changes in the constitution, this was done, but also a full integration into the Russian legal framework… In this sense, I should say that the Crimean Affairs Ministry has completed its task,” Medvedev said.

“Bearing in mind the aforementioned, I would think that this is possible that the Crimean Affairs Ministry has completed its tasks and we could consider an issue, in order to save administrative expenditures… of its dismantling,” the prime minister said.
